Main Hall
A large room, 18m x 12m, with two sets of double doors opening onto the Village Green and Amphitheatre. Seating for over 180 people with room to dance. Ideal venue for parties, wedding receptions and theatre productions. Fully equipped lighting and sound systems. Fully fitted small kitchen. Retractable tiered seating for presentations, events, conferences, theatre productions and musical performances. Bar available by arrangement.
Canada Room
An intimate reception room and dining area for 40 people, 10m x 5m, with its own bar. Light and airy, it leads out to a terrace area. Suitable for smaller functions such as parties and christenings.
Village and Society Rooms
Pleasant and quiet rooms, 5m x 7m, for smaller meetings and group activities. Society Room has fixed screen and blackout facilities.
The Foyer
A large 10m x 5m are with chairs and tables leading to the other facilities and First Floor Gallery area. Suitable for small receptions or exhibitions.
Other Facilities and Services
- Main Kitchen fitted with cooker, combination oven and fridge/freezer space. For use by qualified caterers. Free of charge if using the contracted caterer.
- Small Kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, hot water urn and commercial dishwasher. Free use with Main Hall booking.
- Presentation Equipment consisting of overhead projectors, video, fixed and portable screens. Main Hall has projector with connections for computers, video, DVD/CD, using large wall mounted screen.
- Catering and Bar Service available to meet any function or event through contracted caterers.
- Disabled Access throughout the building with a loop system available in each room.
- Internet Access Free wireless connection.
