The Parish Council also employs 2 full time groundstaff, 1 part time cleaner, and 3 staff at the Liphook Millennium Hall.
The Parish Office provides a “one stop shop” for information on all three tiers of local government. Regular surgeries are also held by the Citizen’s Advice Bureau and Radian Housing Group. The staff are also responsible for the provison of public toilets, and grasscutting contracts on behalf of East Hampshire District Council.

Parish Council meets monthly normally on the last Monday of the month at 8.00pm usually in the Peak Centre. The Annual Parish Meeting normally takes place in March. All Parish Council business is conducted in accordance with Standing Orders (revised 2007) and relevant Government Legislation.
